It stops thinking that it is touching the screen while writing. I just tap it on the desk and it starts working again 80% of the time. I think the "button" under the black pen-tip at the writing end seems like it doesn't work. That is at least my best guess as to what it is doing.

Needs to come with like a rechargable mode or remapping button capability or more tips. Otherwise its kinda a lot of money. Better off buying a pad on amazon that comes with a batteryless pen and remappable buttons.
