Stops working well after 2 weeks

After 2 weeks it started to randomly turn off while using it. I have to turn it on and off periodically while I am typing. It's also not smooth, it often skips when writing. I should have looked at best buys' return policy beforehand but I am very disappointed in the 15 day return policy. I'm going to stick with Amazon from now on.

Purchased an empty box. Never answer calls.

THE BOX WAS EMPTY. There was no pen or battery inside. I have called over 12 times with each call having a wait time of over 15 minutes. some even over 45 minutes. Never once actually had someone answer. I used the online chat feature and they said they would ship out a new one and email me shipping information. It has been 3 days and I still haven't even gotten an email confirmation.

Not compatible with Lenovo Yoga 7i
