The battery does not hold at all I’m not happy at all

Didn’t work with my computer. Asked the employee if the pen could be used with my laptop. Came home and it didn’t work

Tried to set it up, probably to dumb to use but I wanted ti look smart

Its ok i tend to press the side buttons accidentally while trying to use it. Probably wouldnt purchase again.

My pen's tip is a bit sharp; I feel it makes a trace or maybe a very light scratch on my touch monitor! I talked with customer care, and they told me it is not normal, return it back and replace it with a new one!

Not so good of a product. Stopped working after a few months. Good thing is Best Buy was willing to exchange it for another one.

Wouldn't work properly with my laptop. Sales person said it was compatible. Tech said it was not.

Unfortunately my son was not able to use the pen even though it was recommended by the cashier who promised it would. Such a disappointment and waste of money

It disconnects from my tablet all the time and it takes forever to get it to connect again.

I was not able to really use the bamboo stylus pen, it was not compatible to my laptop. Therefore I had to exchange it.

I don't like I never make this product to connect to my computer

I am very pleased with this pen. I bought it on a whim after purchasing a 2 in 1 laptop and have found more and more uses for it. It is a very solid pen with a nice weight and feels very good in my hand. It writes well and is/as you change the pressure on the screen the line width does change. And for those interested in compatibility, I am using it on a Dell Inspiron 7506 2n1 (also purchased from Best Buy!!) and it works well. This computer was not in the list of compatible devices on the pen's website, but it works just fine.

Returned within 2 weeks. Over heats to point that I had to remove from my legs. Screen locked up several times and turned white and restart did not help. I believe something got fired. Internet speed test went to very slow and would not even through my tablet showed fast speed. I should have listened to other reviews of over heating. Recommend to buying this 2 in 1 as it is not dependable.

It was nice but didn’t good with my device. I purchased a HP laptop/table and didn’t connect.

My device said it was compatible with the pen but it is specific to a certain pen though this pen’s literature said it would be compatible with the specific program on my device. The pen must be compatible with the software and the device, not just touch screen compatible.

This seemed like a good idea, but it was not compatible with my ASUS ZenBook. Disappointing.

This was sold to me with my new laptop a year ago never been able to get it to work .. its missing something to be compatible with Microsoft.... Really not happen with any of the almost $2,000 worth of headache i bought that day .. including autorenew on microsoft word whatever that i havent seen why i bought and didnt realize i just got charged another $70

Handy and does it work. But limited to windows devices only.

I've only had this for a little over 2 months and the tip broke off of it already! I can't believe it! Ive been so careful with it and avoided any situation where it could get damaged in that way. I noticed how flimsy it was when i opened it. It also felt loose. Im not sure if it was supposed to feel like that or not. I would like a replacement if possible.
