I was pleasantly surprised that it worked right away. Apparently the Windows Ink software already on my HP Spectre laptop is configure to recognize the Bamboo Ink Stylus. I did play with the button on the stylus that changes its mode. My laptop didn't recognize it in the other mode. But a quick click of the button and it was reconized again. The stylus is very responsive and emulates the feel of an old fashion ink pen very well. Note that this stylus uses a replaceable AAAA battery. It is not rechargable. But the orginal battery is still working fine. So it seems to have a long battery life. Replacement AAAA batteries are readily availble where I live. So I don't see a problem.

This is exactly what i was looking for. the price was right, battery life is excellent, nice and smooth to use. I would recommend this to everyone that needs one. Bestbuy you rock once again, great prices and great service.

Bought to go with new 13.3" HP laptop. I would recommend it, with warnings. First problem: there are NO instructions on how to use it, or set it up. It took me close to an hour to find a PDF manual on Wacom's website. Still no info on how to turn it on or off. The important control panel for it won't install on my version of windows. No explanation why. After playing with it for a day I find it works well with Zoom and other apps. It also requires an "AAAA" battery, don't know life expectancy or where to get a replacement.

This pen is awesome! It works well with my hp envy x 360 laptop and i love using it as a drawing stylus. An added bonus is that its magnetic and can stick to the side of my laptop so it doesnt roll away and its easy to find.

I bought this pen to go with my laptop I just bought, which is an HP Envy. It took a little maneuvering to get it connected, but once I did, it hasn’t given me any trouble. It’s great for taking notes in class!

I ordered this stylus pen for my pavilion 360x laptop and it works so well. The little buttons on the side of the pen are convenient as well.

Cute pen! Technology has come a long way. I no longer have to type everything. With the pen, I can write directly on my laptop screen

Purchased this along with my Lenovo Yoga 7i. Greatly enhances the usability of my touch screen computer. Great feel and never has an issue.

Easy to setup and use, needs to be really close to activate, so you have to be very careful about touching the screen with your hand. Maybe 85% as good as the HP active pen.

I love this pen! It works great with my laptop/tablet.

Does what it says on the tin and works great with my Lenova Yoga. I sometimes bump the low side buttons while drawing, but I think that's more of a me issue that the device. It would be nice if they weren't so sensitive that they clicked when I bumped them.

The on line chat person helped me pick it out and made sure it was compatible to my laptop. Easy to install. Works great! I use it to take notes on the power points at school.

Got this to go with my Samsung Laptop and it works better than I could've hoped for. Quick response, love the ease of writing with and coloring with it in some of the games that are installed. It makes my laptop so much more than I knew it could be.

Incredibly good pen for a good price! I have gotten this twice now for myself and my room mate! We both use it frequently and have had no issues!

Works how I wanted it to work. Only wish the battery last longer or was rechargeable.

I purchased this stylus because I seen a employee demonstrating how to use it along with the hp 2 in 1 laptops. My only complaint is that I wish it was able to connect via wifi .

Goes good with the samsung flex alpha laptop Its the only stlyus pen I could find at best buy that is compatible with the samsung book flex alpha 2in1 touch screen laptop.

This is my second Bamboo pen and I am very happy with both. The battery in the first is still working after over a year. I think this is also a great price considering HP was charging triple for a similar pen.
