Terrible experience with this pen.

Was told by the Best Buy sales person they worked great. If you've ever wanted to throw your laptop across the room like a frisbee you understand the level of frustration I had with this pen. Returned this and bought the Dell OEM pen and it works great.

Not Compatible with HP envy x360

Now the only thing it will work properly is the babmoo paper app. that does not help me with my school work in one note or any other program with out lagging intensely. I was advised to update the pen , went to the bamboo website, their chat option crashes, can not find anywhere to update the pen and have downloaded the driver multiple times, the device will not even register due to invalid model # , went to the best buy and verified the model # i was putting i was correct. returning the pen if they honor the year warranty .
