    Was promised it would cinnect to my wife laptop so i baught 2 of them. However after several.days of trying they will not connect and had to return them. Would recommend additional training to employees to prevent them from saying yes to things without actually knowing the answer could have save me some frustration

    Once we got home we realized it needed a AAAA battery instead of AAA battery. I decided to return it to get one that can be charged with a cord instead. I didn’t open it so I’m not completely sure of quality or ease of use.
