Had to return the item due to incompatibility with our computer.

Just not as smooth as Microsoft pen when using it on my 2-in-1 laptop screen.

They were both listed on their website as ok. Support tech said not compatible.

Could not get the stylus pen to work with computer. We ask a Best buy employee if it was compatable with our computer. After several atemps we called best buy to see if they help us conect the pen. I was transfered 3 times then was hung up on. I guess I will order of of Amazon next time.

Has compatibility issues when using it. Overall design seems okay

The cursor is permanently offset from the screen making it impossible to use. When attempting to write the pen tries to write a mm or two below where the actual cursor is making writing incredibly difficult. I've installed the drivers, restarted my computer, and calibrated my touch screen. I was recommended this by a best buy employee as a good writing pen but it's unusable. The Wacom support isn't any better with their solution to any problem is to buy more of their products. I will never use this garbage company again and I advise you to do the same and avoid this at any cost.

Was not compatible with the computer I purchased. Had to return the Bamboo stylus.

I hate this pen. It sits funny in my hand. The top of the pen weighs more bc it has a battery in it so it tips in the wrong direction. It constantly disconnects itself while drawing and is difficult to draw with. Not a fan at all.

I asked what would work with my computer. The girl gave me this. It is not on the list online I could not register. Took back after 14 short return policy ugh. Got gift card

This product would be excellent.....if it worked on any of my computers like the sales person assured me that it would (both computers purchased from Best Buy stores). I purchased this product for my wife to use on her HP touchscreen laptop. I informed the sales rep the brand/model of the computer and that it is a touchscreen. I was skeptical at first but the rep assured me that it would work. When I took it home and tried to install it the computer was not in the list. I tried it on my Samsung and the same. Tried multiple modifications to the Samsung an still would not accept it. I returned the unit with no issues. When I passed the computer section I passed the lady that said it would work. I was going to ask for other options but unfortunately she was busy playing on her cell phone. I did not want to interupt her.

I got this pen as an open box (excellent condition) for half the price and I couldn't be more pleased. It is even better than I expected it to be. Works great for my Acer Spin 5 laptop. It seems to be hard to find a decently priced pen that is for something other than Apple tablets and the like, so I lucked out in finding this product (I did some research). I have had zero issues with it since I purchased several weeks ago. Writes great and you don't really need to purchase extra tips to get a desired result. With OneNote you can alter between different line thicknesses. You can also just press the pen harder to the screen to get a thicker line, write lighter-handed for a thinner line. For people into art, the pen is also compatible with Sketchbook--it's pretty impressive.

Works ok. Not my favorite. I don't use it that much.
