This was sold to me with my new laptop a year ago never been able to get it to work .. its missing something to be compatible with Microsoft.... Really not happen with any of the almost $2,000 worth of headache i bought that day .. including autorenew on microsoft word whatever that i havent seen why i bought and didnt realize i just got charged another $70

My device said it was compatible with the pen but it is specific to a certain pen though this pen’s literature said it would be compatible with the specific program on my device. The pen must be compatible with the software and the device, not just touch screen compatible.

I've only had this for a little over 2 months and the tip broke off of it already! I can't believe it! Ive been so careful with it and avoided any situation where it could get damaged in that way. I noticed how flimsy it was when i opened it. It also felt loose. Im not sure if it was supposed to feel like that or not. I would like a replacement if possible.

Works fine, nib broke and there are no replacements available so the pen is useless.

Handy and does it work. But limited to windows devices only.

All it did was lag.I took it in to geek squad to see if I was doing something wrong but they told me it wasn’t compatible with my laptop I wish they would’ve told me this before I bought it because they said I could no longer return it when I bought the laptop I asked the sales guy about the stylus and that’s what he recommended SMH

It seemed alright at first. It was a little jumpy on my Lenovo yoga 9i screen. Now it does not even work at all. I cannot find any assistance online for it either. Going to buy the Lenovo pen that was supposed to come with it.

Sales rep sold the stylus as a compatible tool to use with new 17” Inspiron 2 in 1 laptop. It is not. According to dell the only stylus compatible is a dell brand only and is not even offered as an option at Best Buy

Told by an employee this would work with my new 2 in 1. It Did not work with what I purchased. Returned.

it doesn't work with my computer which I was told would work so I'm sure it works fine with what it is meant to.

After ubreakimg the 1at 2 weeks I sent it to the company after replacing it it broke Gain in a montn.

I would give this pen 0 stars if I could. It randomly stopped working in the middle of class. I tried replacing batteries and trying it on different laptops and had zero luck. I've had this pen for 3 months so I cannot return it and I am very disappointed in Wacom and Best Buy. Now I have to drop another $50 on a new pen.

I’ve had this for over a year, and after about a month, it started working sporadically. I keep it around just to have, but 8/10 I on register with my laptop or it takes multiple attempts to get it to work.

Don’t recommend for Samsung laptop as Best Buy recommended. It does not connect. Even geek squad could not get it and didn’t know why worker sold it to us

Make sure to check compatibility. This wouldn't work with my touchscreen laptop so ended up returning it.

Frustrating,spend most time correcting autocorrect

I did not like this pen. I did not get it to work again the first one I was stuck with! so I wasted $110.

blah-was so excited to buy this but it only seems to work half the time-save your money

Didnt work at all on my dell inspirion. Tried another piece but still didnt work

Haven’t really found a good use for it yet, and the buttons? Guess I’m too dumb for it!
