I got this a a replacement for my gen 1 Windows Ink stylus, which I had unfortunately lost. I bought this pen only 3-4 weeks ago. The gen 2 stylus is a sad, broken addition to the Windows ink family... Not only was it uncomfortable and awkward to use, the stylus connection would frequently cut out every time I used it, whether that meant drawing, playing a game, or just using it as a mouse. I would have to shake it to get it going for even another 30 seconds before it cutting out and freezing again. I have bought many batteries in hopes that this was simply a battery issue, yet the problem persisted, getting worse by the day. This morning, I woke up to the pen flat-out not working. I have a commission due by the end of the day, so I was in a time crunch. I bought yet another pair of batteries, hoping it would work, but it still wouldn't. The final nail in the coffin for this stylus was the fact that the spring to the connect the battery FELL OUT when I tried replacing the battery yet again!!! I've been trying to fix it for HOURS, and it will not go back in! I have never had any of this happen to me with the gen 1 stylus, even after using it every day for nearly two years, dropping it several times, my puppy chewing on it, etc. It worked like a charm, never lost connection and I've only had to replace the battery once. I am utterly disappointed and frustrated. I hope everyone takes caution and reads this through before purchasing. Take my experience and review with a grain of salt, as apparently this has worked well with others, but in my experience, it has not. :((( Thank you for reading this far, I hope you have a lovely day :)

I got this pen to use with my Samsung notebook 9 laptop and it is ok. I was attempting to replace the pen that came with the computer, but this one "skips" while writing and still disconnects randomly like my old pen had begun to do. I don't know which pen to buy that would be of higher quality for the same pricepoint.

For the most part, it'll work but after a while,e it started lagging. I use this pen to take notes for school and for every other word I would have to rewrite a line because although I would obviously write the word it'll only write a dot. I know it's not the battery because I just replaced it but I honestly don't know what else to do with it.

good stylus, got it in excellent open box, no cosmetic damage, for $26.

It works as intended and it is a good color. My brother liked it.

This is one of the best stylus pens I've used. It's sleek and the battery lasts a long time.

Works with yoga 14" 7i had to download drivers from their websites for it to work

Love it, works well! Easy connection and I love the size and placement of the buttons.

The grip and feel felt really good. Had a few issues with the stylus creating random lines when I was writing my notes. Other than that it has been a good purchase.

More of a review for BestBuy and their workers not verifying products they put back on the shelf. Easy fudging work but manage to screw it up. Bought this as Excellent condition got home opened it and had cross threaded pen tip cap and broken stylus tip. Wasted my time with two trips and lost out on $10 coupon I used.

Does not work with the first gen Surface. Also the Pairing option does not work half the time. It also feels very bulky while holding it and trying to use it.

I wish i could actually give this no stars. This product was the biggest waste of my time and money. After trying to pair the product because there's no real instructions in the box OR online. The website absolutely sucks and so does this pen. After you finally get it paired the pen writes in choppy patterns and not a single line. And it is light and feels so cheap

Discovered after opening that it wasn't compatible with my device. Advice to buyers: first download the Bamboo Ink software as it will test your compatibility during the install process. Then decide whether to buy the pen.

Does not work with Samsung Galaxy Books. Their website lists all of the computable devices and the listings are fairly slim.
