Haven’t had the chance to really use it as I can’t get passed the Microsoft log in, it’s not letting me verify my account nor let me open a new one due to my accounts being compromised. It’s been hard to get through to anyone lately.

I am using this for my LGV60 so that is what this will be about. LG didn't put enough into the stylus usage. I do like the stylus but it's too bulky and heavy. I am also a bit worried about the responsiveness of the stylus. It's nothing compared to the Note Series and I wish that LG would do a better job if they are gonna allow you to use a stylus. It's not really the stylus' fault that is isn't that great for the LGV60. This is why I still gave it a 4 star.

I can not believe I waited this long to buy it. At first I thought I could not get it to connect, was about to give up. Then while I was showing hubby what it was for, and how it is supposed to work turns out it was already connected and working.

NO NO NO THIS PEN DOES NOT WORK WITH WINDOWS 11

This pen does not work with Windows 11. It does not work with Asus 2 in 1 laptop. Sales team in store said it would work. I took my brand new Asus to TotalTech to set up laptop and pair this pen. The pen could not be paired. When purchasing equipment at Best Buy I would think that the sales representatives (plural, because I asked more than one of the associates, (including "management") that they would actually have the knowledge to sell compatible equipment but they don't. I have had a lot of difficulties at Best Buy trying to make a couple of large purchases and it is very frustrating. I have been sold equipment and told conflicting information.
Bottom line here is this pen does not work with OS Windows 11. It should have been obvious to any sales person that this pen would NOT work as all new laptops are sold with Windows 11 NOT 10.
I will have to return, once again (I've been many times for the purchase of an Asus laptop and this pen), to the store to fix billing issues and get the cost of the pen returned to my account. By the way: Best Buy customer service by phone is not open and that is not helpful as I was transferred to them by a different person who should have known they were closed.

It's overall a good pen and works well with my HP envy 2 in 1 laptop, but the software doesn't work very well and the pen acts up sometimes. Would recommend getting a pen by the manufacturer of your device instead of this.

Wacom, often hailed as the only option for artists who want to draw. Unfortunately they've not had a great track record for me and if you look around at artists on who have the big 22/24 inch display tablets that cost thousands- you'll see they have a consistent problem. Or their mobile studio pro's that self-destruct with battery bloat, nice for a $2-3k device.
I've had 5 products by wacom, each with their own problem. One tablet just died. Another the power switch slipped and customer service answered zero emails. Here we are again, problems.
ANYWAY, about this pen:
So, this pen then. My cousin got one it was defective. Medium speed, straight lines write like a seismograph. He returned it and got one that worked.
Cool.
I tried it out and liked it more than my current pen so I figured I'd grab one for myself.
How does it work?
It writes like a seismograph when doing straight, medium speed lines.
Before you think "Well maybe your hand is shakey, try some stabilization!"
Nah, I got the gen 1 version of this and it draws fine. I do fine on several tablets with various pens. Even when stabilization is applied with this pen? It's still unusable for art. It's clearly defective, I'm not sure how bad the spread is, but 2/3 pens is not a great sample size but it's also not a fun experience.
So, basically if you want this pen or you need a Wacom stylus & this is the option you got? Bring your laptop/tablet to the store, test the pen after buying by doing a few slow/medium speed lines and if it works, grand! You'll probably be set as when it works it feels really nice.
But I'm seeing 2/3 bad pens. So I'm not about to say this is something you should bother buying from any website but rather from the store.
A working pen:
I liked trying my cousin's pen that actually worked. It had low activation force so you could draw very lightly & it's nice. The buttons feel nice, it feels solid.
With my own pen, AAAA battery lasts a long, long time. A year roughly.
One thing that might make you not want this is, there's no extra nibs included and it's a smooth nib inside. Which some people don't like. I think smooth is the way to go since the rubberized ones feel like you're fighting to drag the pen across the screen.
