Horrible Customer Service

Called tech support and was told my laptop wasn't on the very specific list of laptops they had tested. I have a Dell lattitude 7410. I asked if it could be the battery, they said no way, i just bought it. The pen only started to behave weird after the return period. I ended up buying a Dell pen which worked great. I then tried it on my wife's new laptop which is listed as one of their tested products. The pen also did not work. I replaced the battery and the pen worked.

Absolutely the best purchase got a lot of work done and did not miss any deadlines.
