I would recommend starting on something like this to see if you really like the feel of drawing on computer or doing photos. I used it for illustrations and it works really well. I tried the higher models they have little more precision for the size, however map it to one screen and you will get use to it.

I purchased this for my daughter as a gift. according to her she "loves it!" She is a budding artist and wants to expand to digital art. One thing she found was that it also works with playing some of her games. Down side is that it wasn't compatible with chrome books. However not a big issue for us.

Bought this for my 12 yr old daughter as a starter since she is really getting into drawing & sketching. This was very easy to set up and go along with the free software. Its touch sensitive so you can draw thin to thick lines. Pen has 2 shortcut buttons you can easily program it with. Nice item!

I should have read up on this before I bought.. was an impulse buy. Employee said it was popular. Hard to work, has lag (hooked up through MacBook Pro) need to read more into it but not happy at first use.

Tablet worked well, just wasn't for me. The kids like it.

This is really good tool for artists who want to use computer softwares for creating illustrations, but at the same time preserve the flexibility of a pencil. It takes a while to get used to the interface but once you are in control, it lets you create inspiring pieces of art

I got this for my sister so I don't know how well it works. But I did spend quite a while messing with the configuration and it worked pretty well. The software was pretty robust and there was nothing I wanted to do but couldn't.

She loved it. Wish I would have waited just a few more weeks because the came out with a new one, but the software is why it gets 4 stars. We couldn't just purchase software for her you have to subscribe, which is good and bad

Everything that you expect from this pad you get. God customization, tactile and comfortable pad, decent size. It even comes with replacements tips for the pen, I was a little surprised that it had no eraser, but I guess it didnt really promise one so...

This was on my 13 year old Granddaughter's request list for her Birthday. She was so happy with it. She has many artistic talents and some of her friends recommended this. She is still learning to work with it but has really enjoyed it thus far.

The tablet is a great addition to the standard mouse when trying to be creative with Photoshop. I find that the tablet pen can be a bit too sensitive when using it with the hover option enabled. Otherwise it's wonderful!

This was a birthday gift for my daughter who is going to college. Part of her studies focus on digital media and graphic arts, so this was an ideal piece to purchase - and cheaper than buying a new touch screen laptop.

This was my first tablet and so it was difficult at first mainly because it was super awkward. However once I got the hang of and I don't know how I have been editing my photos or creating thing in Photoshop up until Now! My desk will always have one!

My daughter used this in school and loved it so we got one for her about 5 years ago. We bought a second one recently for my husband who wanted to branch out with his artwork. He loved it and it seems like he finds something new everyday that the program does.

Pro: This tablet has made editing my photos easier and has help to produce a more professional finished product. Con: When using the tablet some of my functions on my laptop no longer work and I have to reset.

I bought this for my wife who loves all the art medium options, she just wishes that the tutorials actually told you HOW to do stuff, not just that you can. Either an online or printed book would be great.

I bought this tablet because I've always been interested in drawing digitally and it motivate it me more watching some of my friends studying graphic design. Is my first tablet. Before this one, I had never owned a drawing tablet. It's great!

Ive used this for a couple of touch ups on renderings in paintshop pro and it works, just have to get accustomed to having a pen in my hand rather than a mouse.

This is a good tablet, it does everything as advertised . But if I had it to do over again, I would step up to the "Pro Level." The Pro Level has more options.
