Very disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read the all reviews and researched similar products and this seemed like the perfect Christmas gift for my 16 year old daughter. She's considering art school after high school and thought this could take her art to the next level. We could not even get the tablet to set up and work despite hours and hours of reading, downloading and trouble shooting. We tried to contact the product tech support many times and was placed on hold for an hour each time and finally gave up. This product was such a big disappointment.
