Touch tablet worked wonderful initially. However, I do a massive amount of drawing on my computer and it didn't take long for the pen to begin skipping in the center of the pad.

I bought this as a gift and helped him set it up but every time he tried to save it would crash. Decided to return then have to go back to exchange for another.

I bought this for my 12 year old grandson's laptop. He loves doing graphic artwork and I thought he would get a lot of use and enjoyment from this art tablet. I was wrong. We can't get it to download the program and connect to his laptop. We have tried multiple times. It is past the return date, so I may have to take the laptop and art tablet in to Best Buy and pay them to get it to work. Very disappointed in how non user friendly this item is. We both have good tech skills, but just can't get it to work.

I purchased this to use to write math and stat equations in Microsoft Word. It did not work. Word was the only program I wanted it for so it was no use to me.

Bought this for my daughter who is very into drawing / sketching she did not like it was a waste

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my daughter who loves to draw and wanted a digital drawing system. We tried logging into the product system at Christmas to no avail. And tried again repeatedly days after Christmas. It's been back in the box ever since and Best Buy said they would not refund my money even though I have the receipt and am unhappy with the product.

I purchased this because I'm a illustrator, but I feel as though my mouse is more precise & accurate.

The pad isn't sensitive enough. It doesn't transfer easily to the computer when used.

I have Windows 8.1 and at this point I dislike the pad. It does not work properly with LightRoom and also PhotoShop, which is why I bought it. So, very irritating. I will update should I find a way to utilize it better.

Could not get this item to work properly on my computer, even downloaded other programs for it and still nothing. So I returned it

Purchased item to use with cross stitch program. Not user friendly or compatible with other apps. Free software didn't download.

I have tried numerous times to get this to upload and it won't complete the process so it sits unused.

I would not recommend this purchase, doesn't really do what it says on the box.

There was some update error, couldn’t connect to computer.

This wasn’t very easy to use so I had to take it back.

Product didn't work.we tried Mac and PC. NOYHING worked.

The product itself it very good. It was a present for my teenage daughter who is interested in digital art. She loves it. My only complaint is when we went to register the product and receive free graphic application the registration keeps saying we have the wrong product number which we are taking right off the box.

I bought this for my grandson for Christmas. He loves it & finds it easy to use.

I think it is a good starter. The instructions could be more detailed and in print. The videos are good but I have a hard time switching between video and what I am trying to learn. It would be nice if there were instructions in print to work with. Over all a good product but a bit of a learning curve to it.
