I received this tablet for Christmas. Installation was simple and once the drivers are installed the tablet works perfectly. The build quality is what I expected from Wacom and it should last for many years. The included software(Corel Painter Essentials) is very limited for an experienced graphic artist, but for anyone new to drawing digitally it should be fine. If you need more from your software, but don't want to spend the money, I would recommend downloading Gimp. Its free and it works great with this tablet.

Tablet is fine, problem is with all the "free trial" software that comes with it and you have to make a decision before you know what is going on. Almost all of it comes as auto renewal so beware. We had issues keeping track of and unsubscribing from some of this software. Check your credit card bills closely. Sketchbook's telephone message said they would get back to me in 1 to 2 weeks, and then there was no space to leave a message. Here's the number, I'm not making this up 1-855-323-2170

This was really great for practicing my drawing before saving saving money to get an actual better device.

Perhaps I have not spent enough time with this product, but I was disappointed in its lack of out of the box usefulness. For someone who is good with technology, this product should have been a breeze

I bought this as a gift for my daughter. The only downside is that the software is not that great and some software is really not the full version.

This has made editing pictures so much easier and more accurate then just using a mouse or trackpad alone! Definitely worth the purchase!

Having issues installing and using this item. Not sure what the issue is exactly, but hoping, once it is working, my son will like it!

My gf loves this product! She uses is to draw sketches with all the time.

purchased for my daughter's birthday gift as she was using a touch-screen tablet version and was not getting the detail contrast when using the touch-screen. this device helps with the details and eliminates the shadows created by touch-screen

Bought this for my teen. She absolutely loves this gadget!

Doubles as a touch input for my desktop. The included software Corel Painter 5 Essentials wouldn't start on my desktop (I'm running Windows 10 Home 64-bit edition), and Corel support was next to useless in resolving the issue. I'm not an artist, and have very little experience with using graphics tablets but this one seems fairly responsive. Nonetheless, it still seems a poor substitute for pen and paper. Will try it with Sketchbook app before I decide if I'm returning it.

Claims to include software (Corel Painter), but it is a digital download that is apparently impossible to get. Don't believe me? Try it yourself before buying. Wacom will direct you to: http://www.wacom.com/getting-started/intuos Scroll down and click the "Register to redeem your offers" button First try the Checkout as Guest button, either nothing will happen, or you will get a 500 server error (unhandled error). I contacted tech support, they said oh ya, Checkout as Guest doesn't work. Next, try signing in with a Social Network account - I tried my Google account and after sharing my personal information, I get the same error. I contacted tech support, they said oh ya, signing in with Social Network doesn't work. So then I tried creating an account with Wacom. After going through all the steps, I tried logging in and it says incorrect password. When I try to recover the password, it says account does not exist. So then I tried to recreate the account with the same email address, and it says account already exists. Really? Just plan on dropping an extra $40-$100 to buy your own software.

Although there's lag and the pressure sensitivity isn't great, this is a good enough tablet for digital art newbies.
