Need it for college and it works well. I'm happy with it.

I wanted this to work...but instead I have left it in the drawer. I think being a windows mouse user for the last 20 years my brain just can't switch over to a stylus. I couldn't say if the product works great, wish there were better tutorials.

The pin tips seem to wear out quickly.. some better

I like the tablet a lot, but not too sure about the quality of the pen. I’m a high school math teacher and use it daily in the classroom to teach. The felt tips wear down pretty fast, and I’m having a difficult time finding where to purchase replacements. Also, the threaded band at the tip of the pen broke. I can’t find anywhere to purchase just that part. I don’t want to buy an entire pen just for a cheap part. I’m waiting to hear back from Wacom to see if they will either replace my pen, or send the part.

I’ve had this for about half a year and it already started to mess up. The touch screen option is messed up so I am unable to switch it off so I can draw properly. The device also randomly disconnects even when I replaced the wire. Lastly the sensitivity will randomly shut off so it my lines are rough and jagged. It takes about 30 minutes each time I use my tablet to make it function properly again. The last Wacom tablet I had lasted 5 years so having this one give up on me not even after a full year is disheartening.

The tablet works perfectly. The shipping from Best Buy is awesome. I have in the past used a competitor and recently their shipping has taken a huge turn for the worse. Best Buy always seems to get the items to me quickly.

My Daughter uses it constantly, however the USB Port is always breaking, or in other versions, the wireless capabilities malfunction. It seems she has gone through 2 a Year for 4 years now

Great idea to have Bluetooth but it's very buggy. Using this only because of the new Mac book pro doesn't have the old usb any more.

I have been wanting a drawing tablet. I will probably return it since Best Buy let’s customers try out the product and will take it back for a full refund for a month.

I found this item very difficult to use and hook-up.

just too involved to operate compared to my older wacom (clumsy pen holder, pen kept falling)

A bit clumsy, but it gets the job done. A reasonable value for the price.

Unfortunately, their drivers are so broken for Adobe products that it's virtually unusable at times. The double click, random release during dragging, and sticking is so prevalent. Please read forums about the driver issues before purchasing. I'm not sure what the solution is. I've lost days trying to get this resolved, but no luck. The quality of the hardware seems nice though. I should note that I've been using Wacom products for 16 years and never experienced these issues until about a year ago.

Don't like the placement of the buttons. Would be better in the top so you didn't activate them with your arm

Poor quality for $340+ drawing tablet. Wacom had quality issue after three months of use. Luckily it broke within the MFG warranty period so I was able to get a replacement. I would be reluctant to recommend this to family or friends

Wait for a sale, prices fluctuate. Extra features are not necessary but I do prefer the medium size so I can rest my palm and prevent hand cramping.

Using this device with Windows 10 and Photoshop was a headache. The instructions are entirely pictographs. The bluetooth link was unresponsive and the pen was overly sensitive. Adjustments were difficult to make. Returned, disappointed.

Very happy with the Wacom. There is a bit of a learning curve transitioning from the mouse but I’m very happy with it.
