Not suitable for remote Math instruction

There does not appear to be much instruction on how to use it. Also they try to sell a variety of add-on software. A mouse actually produced better hand writing. Since you can see the writing on the tablet itself, you must look to the srceen of your computer making it awkward--sort of like writing blind. The pen is thick and clumsy and wriites very largeclumsy and left stray marks. I suspect that their most expensive tablet would work better.

Great Gift

She enjoys drawing so I thought this would be a great addition for her. It was a bit difficult to download appropriate software for the tablet, we ended up having to spend $50+ for the software. But the tablet itself is a learning process. She still prefers pencils and paper to the tablet, but she is still learning how to use it.

Having difficulty

I can not figure out how to download the software. There is no manual. I will be returning this item. My receipt says not returnable. I bought it August 12. My email says not returnable as of SEPTEMBER 5th. Why? That is not even 30 days. Please provide some support. Entering the stores let alone returning items is crazy. I am hopeful that you will accept my return request.
