As with any product, sometimes you get a lemon. The first one stopped functioning after 8 days. Luckily it was within the time to bring it in to exchange for a functioning device. The second device, I have to say is (like the first one,when it was working) very good quality in ease of use and for it's functions in the ability to use this product for what it is needed for. I have to say it is an excellent choice. Glad I kept it, instead of getting a refund.

It took me a little while to get used to drawing on it because I was used to drawing on a Surface pro but I love the feel and response of it.

This thing is great, love it so far. It is easy to use and set up and it feels like you are drawing on paper directly, and it translates seamless into the program.

My daughter loved this until about 3 months ago when it froze. It won’t let her do any designs, it stays stuck on her laptops Home Screen.

A beautiful big enough screen to draw on, but not so huge that it needs its own desk to work with. Can be used as a dual monitor for watching videos or whatever while you use your main monitor for something else. Colors are vibrant, but not over-saturated. I recommend putting a screen protector and getting a 2 finger glove to enhance your drawing experience, but neither are necessary to enjoy this awesome little piece of drawing technology! Its screen is smooth and the pen pressure sensitivity is adjustable. While I'm sad there's only one button on the pen, unlike my old Bamboo tablets which had 2, you can still set it to do whatever.

WACOM products are great -easy install - I like this as I can draw and see what I am drawing/painting below my pen. The only thing that none of the reviews online or YouTube DO NOT cover is if you have old eyes like mine as the program/menu objects are smaller on the Wacom One screen than on you computer screen. So GOTO Settings and use magnification 125%..150% so you do not have to squint and avoid eye strain - when I am done I return to normal magnification. I did want the larger Cintiq 16 but it is more $$ and this Wacom One works great for now. can see that this would be great for kids online schooling too.

The tablet came earlier then expected and there was nothing wrong with it! Works incredibly and i love it.

Easy to pair with laptop. Fast, responsive and reliable. My son who loves to draw is addicted.

The sales rep said it was one thing, turns out it must be connected to a laptop to work.. but my kid still likes it

Pen pressure is fantastic. It’s not touch sensitive so no glove is required but makes for smoother drawing. Only has one button and no eraser. It is basically a monitor not a tablet. It has to be plugged in via hdmi to a computer, laptop, or even some phones with the right connection converters. No extra buttons for easy macros, but you can purchase an extra remote with over a dozen keys. So far I’ve had no issues with it other than the hdmi cable can only connect one way, so it’s best if the computer is behind or to the left of it. Mine has to be on the right so it’s kinda inconvenient.

I love it. Paper feel! The “simple pen but is very powerful.
