With outstanding customer service. I decided to try this Wahl trimmer. It seems like great quality but it pulls my beard. Their customer service doesn’t allow calls so I emailed them and after 3 weeks they replied to oil it. I did oil it and even over oil it to no avail. So, I contacted them again. On month later and no response. It’s too painful to use as a beard trimmer. I wasted my money! No more Wahl! Ever!!!

Not representative of the Wahl standard at all!! the guards were not the correct size, I ended up taking off way more than I anticipated as a resultand I checked it with my old set of combs and it was WAY OFF! I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Can’t be zero gapped

This trimmer cannot be zero gapped if that’s what u’re looking for.

The guard sizes are terrible. It's impossible to get a good trim for your mustache because of bulky the guards are. Save yourself the headache and go with the Phillips Multigroom 9000 as I did, it doesn't disappoint.
