Not so great

Not enough power

The metal cylinder attachment appear to just be complete hollow with no inner mechanics and not attachment to the motor of in the base of the device. When it failed to work, I even tested it against a piece of tissue paper. It wasn't even able to cut tissue. The only reason I am even giving it one star is because I can't give it a zero.

The trimmer didn’t do it’s job. The adapters are not easy to put. I checked and tried to see if I was doing something wrong but I was following the steps right in the instructions. The brand is good for other products. But for this one specifically it needs improvement.

Faulty

I’ve purchased this item before and it lasted me a year and a half this one I bought was faulty and it says on the box that they will replace it if faulty out of the box which means this is common. I would not put the product out. Great when it works though.
