    Works really well at removing hair but I’ve bought this twice and every time it stops working after about 2-3 months. Changing the batteries does not help.

    I received this item. The item was damaged and cut my skin. I called customer service and talked to a supervisor about it. He said return the item and call us we’re gonna give you same price that you purchased it. I maief the item and after they received I called them. Again after an hour on the phon the supervisor admitted the other manager information was false and we can adjust the price!! I’m very upset with Best Buy customer service as their supervisor doesn’t know the policy and made me so much work and time and then nothing ..!
