I’ve purchased this item before and it lasted me a year and a half this one I bought was faulty and it says on the box that they will replace it if faulty out of the box which means this is common. I would not put the product out. Great when it works though.

Can't return to Best Buy due to time limit from Nov 2022 purchase. Love Wahl hair clippers but hate this trimmer

Didn’t expect this poor quality

The quality is poor and cheap, doesn’t work as I was expecting. No smooth finish and doesn’t feel good on skin.

Overall, a total bs, Its production has to be stopped, since it cause damage to you.
