This does NOT work on Arlo Go

Does not show any symbols that it even recognizes it. Best Buy doesn’t sell the Arlo brand solar panel for the Arlo Go so it’s pointless.

Not a good product for me.

The reached out to the manufacturer and they told me that they are supposed to keep the camera fully charged. This is not the case. I have 2. Neither keeps them 100%.

Posted .Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the recent order. Please ensure you have done the following:
1. The Solar Panel is consistently in direct sunlight. It can absorb the most solar energy when it is in full sunlight for as much of the day as possible. The Solar Panel harvests energy from the sun to charge a connected Arlo camera.
2. Make sure that your solar panel is pointed toward the sun and is not obstructed by trees, buildings, or other obstacles.
3. Sudden changes in temperature may affect your Solar Panel’s charging abilities.
4. The USB charging cable is snugly connected to your camera.
5. The batteries have been fully charged to 100% before being connected to the solar panel.
6. Please take note that Solar Panel is designed to keep your Arlo camera’s battery fully charged but heavy usage of your camera can drain the camera battery faster than the solar panel can recharge it.
Additionally, because of Arlo’s firmware updates, you will need to update to the latest APP to see the screenshot to show the solar panel is charging.
If this does not resolve your issue, kindly let us know.

Wasserstein solar panel

May take a day or so but has never let them go below 30% (unless they get dirty.). I live in the southwest so we have plenty of sunshine throughout the year.

KEPT COMING UP INCOMPATIBLE WITH ARLO PRO

I got tired going up and down on the ladder to unplug and plug back in. Returned them and bought the netgear.

Low Quality Solar Panel for Arlo Camera.

For first time use, we recommend placing the solar panel under direct sunlight first for a few hours to allow it to harvest solar energy, before connecting your cameras.
