Both stopped working after a month.

One of them stopped working cause my battery went dead, checked all connections and everything seemed fine but it just stopped working. The second as of three days ago stopped working also because my battery is slowly draining. Well guess I’ll just have to buy the Ring brand as I already have one of those. I thought I could get this brand in the two pack and save money but I guess you get what you pay for.

Solar problems

Keeps saying my battery isn’t charged. I switched out one on my batteries with another fully charged one and it’s still stating 3%. So now I’ll have to purchase new solar panels and have them reinstalled.

Stopped working

Would have been happy if it lasted atleast 3years. cant find anything on the warranty

Barely charging

Posted .o us. We are sorry to hear that you had difficulties with the Solar Panel for Ring Spotlight/ Stick Up Camera . Try charging the battery to 100%, as well as checking the solar panel connection is clear of any debris and is securely connected to the Cam. Keep in mind, the Solar Panel needs a few hours of direct sunlight per day to charge as expected.
Please ensure you have done the following:
1. Unplug and reinsert the solar panel charging cable. Make sure that the connection is snug tight.
2. Make sure that your solar panel is placed in maximum sunlight exposure and is not obstructed by trees, buildings, or other obstacles.
3. Make sure that your camera is not in temperatures below freezing. For safety reasons, your camera battery cannot charge in temperatures below 32°F (0° C).
4. Keep the battery of your camera at 100% prior to connecting it to the solar panel. Note that the Solar Panel is designed to provide trickle charging to keep your camera battery charged, not to charge your camera battery from low to full.
5. Reduce your camera usage for a day or two and note your camera’s battery level. Heavy usage of your camera can drain the camera battery faster than the solar panel can recharge it, especially with poor sun exposure.
Please also note that unlike any other cameras, when using a solar panel, Ring won't show whether it’s charging or not. If there is high traffic, it consumes more power, so you might think it’s not charging at all.

Not working for me

I had the geek squad come back to check and was advised it's possibly based on the location. I also spoke with ring who advised it's working correctly but it clearly isn't if the battery continues to die. The purpose of the panel is to keep me from climbing a ladder but this isn't working.

Not worth it

NOT FOR RING PRO CAMS

Only problem is thee included USB adapters DO NOT WORK on new Ring Pro cams. Why idk such a shame I really needed the right kind of adapters.
