You can't help but compare this team to grand theft auto it's that kind of game. In that sense it's nowhere near as good but it is mighty entertaining with lots of activities to do the graphics are okay but the physics and sound make up for it. Overall highly recommend

You have the whole city of chicago and you can play with all of it. Hacking city infrastructure to bend it to your will. Stuck at a stoplight...you can change the light to green! Its a really fun game with a great story and interesting main character.
