Don't get me wrong, the game isn't bad. However, I feel that the hype right up to the release is what killed it for me. The game has an amazing map (pretty huge/endless gameplay), great storyline, and graphics. One thing I realized right off the bat was how horrible driving cars are in this game. Turning is really difficult and it seems almost impossible to avoid crashing into cars during a chase. I don't know if it's because I'm used to GTA, or if driving on this game really sucks. But it definitely does not make this enjoyable. I pre-ordered this game to get the free extra rewards points and that's about the only positive (along with some previously mentioned features) I could really mention about this game.

Very fun game. There is a ton to do in the game besides the main story. Online is a lot of fun too hacking other players.

This is one of the first next gen console games to get it right! In my opinion this game takes the AC franchise and flips it upside down inside out. Playability 10! Well thought out plots and mini-games 10! Graphics and rendering 10! The absolute single must buy reason for this game.... you can still be 100% engaged from your smart phone or tablet... I picked the game up the day after launch. So far the game has been pretty cool. Hacking the people of the town gets pretty repetitive as well as the crimes in progress and police chases. It's got potential! I'm still getting started good on the single player story mode. I like it and will continue to play for sure.

Watch Dogs is pretty and offers a lot of activities for you to do. I am halfway through the campaign and have seen close to 100 side missions or mini-games so far. The character you play though is pretty amoral and the game makes it extremely easy to cause havoc just because you can. If you are looking to be a hero then play Shadow of Mordor. If you want an open modern world with guns, cars, and all of the hacking you want though, Watch Dogs is for you.

After starting the game, my initial reaction was that of regret. It was not the stealth based game that was touted by UbiSoft, it was another open world sandbox game. After the shock of it not being what was expected wore off, the game got a little better. It is basically a GTA clone with the gimmick of being able to hack things. Missions are like those found in the Far Crys, Assassin's Creeds, or GTAs where you can run in guns blazing or try a more stealthy approach. Nothing really new is brought to the table, but if you go into knowing that, it can still be enjoyable

The hacking "ability" is a fun addition to the standard open world shooter, but very unrealistic. Adds a level of fun to car chases especially. Overall a fun game but not a completely ground breaking game. The story line seems pretty thin, but the action makes up for it as you go around Chicago wreaking havoc.

BEST OPEN WORLD GAME I HAVE EVER PLAYED. REALLY GOOD STORY MODE, AND PROVIDES ENDLESS GAMING FUN COMPARED TO GTA V.

Game is fun with a neat concept of being able to hack into everything. Kind of a mix between GTA and Assassin's Creed. Only complaint I have is the hacking gets repetitive after a while, so it's tough to play for a longer sitting. Overall, it is a nice change of pace and great graphics for a next Gen game.

If you enjoy Assassin's Creed and GTA, then you will likely enjoy Watch Dogs. It features hybrid gameplay encompassing the characteristics of both game styles. There's lots to do in Watch Dogs and the city is quite immersive, so you should enjoy an above average amount of playing time with this title.

Watch Dogs is an exciting open-world, sandbox game; however, I found that towards the end of the campaign, it was difficult to stay engaged with the game. The story was deep and interesting, but it is definitely one of those games where you'll play through it & it will sit there after awhile.

My son has been waiting for this game to come out for months. He read about it when purchasing his new XBOX ONE at Best Buy on its release date in November 2013. All takes place in city of Chicago with familiar streets and landmarks. You are a vigilanty who has to get to crime scenes before police, conduct your own search for the criminals using everything available. All while avoiding capture by police. Great adventure game. It exceeded his expectations.

I was scared when I first bought that game that I was getting a GTA clone. Although this game is similar to GTA in tons of ways it still has its own feel to it. Tons of side missions and the main story line is fun. Only down side is I feel that for a next gen game I was hoping for better graphics.

The game is a ton of fun. I find myself going to it a lot and always finding something new to do in it.

I absolutely love this game. It's kinda like Grand Theft Auto only it's an Ubisoft version. I love the hacking capabilities of the game. It makes the possibilities intriguing. I can see them going a long way with this game and developing into a series like Assassin's Creed has. The possibilities are endless. This game is a must have for anyone who loves open world games and especially for those who are fans of the Grand Theft Auto series.

Great open world play, infinite number of hacks, secrets to be found. Fun game to play, with layers and layers of depth. Have not tried the multiplayer yet but, if it's anything like the campaign it should be really addictive. I'm more of a multiplayer type player but just cannot seem to put down this campaign. Many critics fell asleep on this game judging by the ratings but, in time I belive the depth of this game will win. A must have.

This is the 3rd Ubisoft title I have purchased for the Xbox One and just like the first two I have a hard time putting the controller down. The graphics and open world gameplay are incredible! My favorite feature of the game is that the multiplayer is built into the campaign. You are essentially always online, so at any point another player can attempt to hack you or vice versa. This is definitely a must have for the Xbox One or PS4!

This game is good but its not truly as innovative as we all hoped. It is also hampered by some frame rate issues along with just not being as beautiful as we all were initially promised. I still like this game and since theres not much out right now for XBOX One I do recommend it.

At first glance this game looks a lot like GTA with a smartphone. After a few missions I began to realize this is a different animal completely. It is a sandbox game, but when you are presented with an obstacle there are infinite ways to overcome it. At first I didn't see them, but then again I have never played a game in which hacking a drawbridge and hiding in your car were possible. Truely a new and exciting experience.
