I purchased this as a xmas gift for my daughter after reading good reviews. She loved it however it completely stopped working after 2 months. I took it back to Best Buy and unfortunately I didn't purchase the warranty. I was pretty upset considering I purchase all of my appliances, phones and electronics from Best Buy and felt an exchange should've been an option. I wrote to waterpik however I never received a response.

I bought this for my wife for her birthday and she loves it! The water pick is strong and works great!

This is my second Waterpik Water Flosser 5.0. You cannot beat a two for one system. Works great.

The connection of the brush head to the hand wand is too tight. Many children will not handle the separation. Others will have to exert considerable effort. The top square button is in a bad location causing the vibrating unit be be turned off resulting in the brush stroke timer being reset.

I honestly just don't like water flossers after trying this one. It's hard to use, the cord is too tight, it doesn't reach far enough. Not worth the money to me.

I read reviews on line before purchasing and expected more from the product. However I find it not as powerful as I expected.

I didn't like it as much as the philips sonicare so i returned it for one. It is a good deal with the water flosser combination

I works fine but the cord for the water pik is too short!

Was suggested to buy this after getting implants & not disappointed at all.

It's ok, but went to buy the larger model. Very disappointed they only had one. So had t buy this newer model. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

The water pick is strong, but it splashes water everywhere when you use it. Had to return it.

Great machine but it’s huge! Takes up a ton of space on the bathroom counters. That’s the only complaint I have about the device

Nice compact system which is good but not great. The ultrasonic toothbrush is nice but stops easily if you press too hard while brushing. The water pick takes some getting used to as it fills up your mouth with water quickly. Theres a pressure adjustment but it needs a flow volume adjustment as well.

I have been wanting one for a while...this one is perfect for me!

It's powerful enough to get the job done and works as it should.

The toothbrush has been at fedex for over 2 weeks im dissapointed that i have beem charged by bestbuy and best buy has no responsibility to ensure i get my new toothbrush .

i use this for about 3 months before i decided to clean it. it was not easy to take apart. also i wish the hose for the flosser was a little bit longer.

So glad I bought this. Clean better than a regular toothbrush.
