Great tooth brush and flosser. On my second one. Love it.

It was a nice product but makes to much of a mess for me. I would rather have a wireless one for using in the shower so there is no mess.

Like it. The combo does a good job. I use the toothbrush and waterpik daily and floss with dental floss about twice a week after using both. Hardly anything for the dental floss to pick up.

After 2 weeks if usage the power is off and it’s not recharge and did not work properly. I returned it back.

I think the set is overpriced. Perhaps it would be better purchased separately, but it is convenient.

I bought this a little over a year ago and the water pik is no longer working. I am obsessed with dental health so I sprung for this pricey item, thinking it would last. I am extremely upset because the company only guarantees for a year and like I said, I’m over the year. When I first bought the on/off switch for the water pik was difficult to switch, I ignored it and wish I didn’t because I believe that is the issue. So if you purchase and the switch seems off, exchange ASAP, don’t make the same mistake as me.

Probably a very good item for people with teeth braces. Not sure about users without braces. The brush is a inferior to the SonicCare devices.

This product is very expensive for what it is. The toothbrush is cheap and made entirely of plastic even the part that connects to the heads to the base of the brush and I expect it to break in the next six months. The water flosser makes a mess and is a pain to clean up. If you can get it on a really good sale for 30 or 40 then it might be worth it for you if you end up liking the water flosser part but other wise I would look for another product.

Waterpik 5.0 toothbrush and flosser was easy to use and I am glad I purchased it.

The toothbrush part stopped working not even after a year. Really disappointed

It is pretty good up until when it broke 3 months later. Too pricey for it to stop working.

this was bought online and expected to do contactless pickup, however this doesn't seem possible without a smartphone. i have a state issued disabled parking tag and I think several of those parking places were changed to contactless p/u. would be one star but the store people were very nice when I walked in to get my purchase.

Makes a loud noise when on. Called customer service and useless.

I was happy with the product but the hose doesn't wrap around neatly after first use.

Removal of brush to clean after use very hard for me at age 82.

toothbrush doesn't hold a charge and to replace battery is unknown or difficult.

The toothbrush speed seems really high. It actually vibrates my mouth.

Toothbrush stopped working after 10 months. I was otherwise very happy with the product. I kept it very clean and followed the recommended product guidelines.
