    I purchased my water pic on Nov 30th 2022. It stopped working the toothbrush part Oct. 15th 2023. It didn't last a complete year. I owned one previously that lasted for years. That's why I purchased a second one. Very disappointed! Cost to much for such a short period of time.

    I love the combination of clean ... BUT ...

    This is great product for about a year, but then the power switch shorts out and it apparently needs to be replaced. This is not a simple matter and apparently needs to be returned directly to Waterpik (return of product averages 2.5 to 3 weeks!!). I've had the exact same issue occur on 2 previous purchases (you think I would've learned, right?!). This time, I swallowed my loss and went with Phillips for the toothbrush and purchased a Waterpik device separately.

    Should have bought this years ago

    After some very expensive dental work (Implants) and spending $6,000 of my own before insurance, and based on the recommendation of my dentist office on more than one occasion, I decided to invest in a waterpik system. I always hated flossing.. valuable yes, but too time consuming so I still would rarely do it. While the goal was to get the water flosser, I was not sure I wanted an electric toothbrush too. My considerations included wanting less on my bathroom counter, so I decided to "go big or stay home' in order to condense what I was using. OMG.. From the very first time my teeth and mouth felt amazing; like just leaving the dentist office!! I actually now (waterpik) floss twice a day and love it. My husband is being told he is experiencing bone loss and they also recommended this for him. I told him how much I love mine and so I'm shopping for a whole second unit for another bathroom. Worth every penny and it's only been a week...

    My Waterpik toothbrush system is the best I have ever had. I particularly love the whitening speed on my brush head. I can see a difference immediately in the look of my teeth.

    Wow, I just bought another for my husband. This brushes so well and feels great. My teeth look whiter and I’m sure my next dental checkup will be terrific.

    I really loved this item when it worked. The charging station just quit. I have hardly put it on the charger. Maybe this was the problem. I have enough juice on the toothbrush for a time but it's blinking ready to die. I need to buy another electric toothbrush and will never buy a Waterpik. For $100.00 -

    After purchasing in September, the tooth brush broke down less than a month later. Now the Water flosser has broken down after three months which is disappointing.
