not powerful water pik would not recommend get a better pick

Didnt work well. Has adjustable settings that didnt work

Picture shows white and blue which is what I wanted but when I open my package it was all white

just stopped working no reason wont charge anymore

The waterpik died after not even 10 uses. The tooth brush works, but that is battery operated. For $100 I thought I would at least get a year out of it, returning today.

This device is very loud and water leaks when you use the water pick.

This is my first product review at Best Buy, I don't shop here often, but I found the Waterpik Complete Care 5.0 here, it's tough to find elsewhere. As for performance, the waterpik has multiple tips for cleaning and massaging of teeth and gums, the handle is easy to use and has a safety on-off on the handle so water doesn't spray everywhere when you need to pause or finished. The reservoir holds an amount of water adequate to complete the task without the need to refill while in the middle of irrigating. The Toothbrush: Excellent, easy to hold, recharges, easy to use and, YES, it works well- cleans, shines, massages. Cons: Only one: the Waterpik line between reservoir and handle could be a few inches longer.

Hard to control where the water goes when you use for flossing. Toothbrush awkward, too

Bought this product December 7th 2018 , the flosser gave out January 18th just days out of the best buy warranty period. Luckily Waterpik is sending me out a new one. Have to wait 1-2 weeks for delivery.

I bought this awesome gift for my mother on May 12. She was very happy because she was planning in buying one altogether it was a surprise. She likes the electric brush, the water irrigation system and that mouthwash can be combined with the water. Her overall experience is: She feels clean everyday and night. Just that it make noise and take a little longer than usual brushing teeth.

The brush works OK, the water flosser works very well. Replacement heads are much more expensive than other brands and aren't as available other brands either. If you want a really good water flosser, just buy a plain waterpik. If you want a toothbrush, buy some other brand.

It was a great purchase, wasy to use and it works great! When you think your teeth are clean until you use this and find out they are not!

I purchased this recently because it was discounted. I've never had a Waterpik before and not sure if all are extremely loud but the tubing shakes, the base shakes, it sounds similar to a go kart motor if you turn the setting up anything passed 5. I was surprised and considering returning it. I thought it would be quiet not sound like a mini jackhammer haha Other than that it comes with multiple heads for the pik, 2 heads for the brush.. looks nice and easy to setup. The stream is very strong on higher settings and cleans well but as I said the noise is a deal killer for me.

I’ve had this for about 2 weeks now it works amazing! No problems or frustrations yet.
