I am so glad I never have to floss anymore. Once you get the hang of using this product it works great!

It stopped charging on the tooth brush, but Best Buy could not have been faster or nicer to replace. Go get one an the shelf and bring it back here. I love this item. Hope it lasts this rime

So far,I am pleased with this purchase! My teeth and mouth feel very clean.

I placed an order for a Waterpik from Best Buy on April 4th, 2024, with an initially promised delivery date of April 6th, 2024. However, I've been notified that the delivery date has been rescheduled to April 20th, 2024, resulting in a two-week delay, which I find unacceptable. This alteration in delivery time frame constitutes false advertising, as the initial promise of a two-day delivery has been extended to a total of 16 days. Despite being charged in full for the item, Best Buy is unwilling to either cancel the order or issue a refund. I feel scammed. Had I been aware that the delivery would take half a month, I would not have proceeded with the purchase. It appears that Best Buy is deliberately misleading its customers regarding delivery dates to incentivize purchases from them over competitors, only to change these dates post-payment collection. Despite other stores offering the same item at a lower price, I opted for Best Buy due to the initially faster delivery time. Regrettably, it is now apparent that I could have saved money and received my item sooner by choosing a different vendor. Ultimately, I acknowledge my mistake in trusting Best Buy.

It’s so nice to just have one plug in the wall! This combined water pic works as well as both of the individual ones! I like just having one unit!

I like this for the price cleans your teeth well. However it is very messy. Water goes everywhere.

Excellent Waterpik all in one flosser and toothbrush! I love that everything is together. Frees up space on the bathroom vanity. It works great and cleans and flosses your teeth extremly well.

My unit tooth brush sropped working exchaned after 5 motth 2nd water pump. Stop working after 6 moths would not recommend

The pressure was high, but after 3 days, no pressure. went to store and got exchange. So far so good.

Disappointed that this Waterpik toothbrush head is smaller and is not as powerful as my previous model.

I had this for a month and the head broke on my toothbrush. It cracked. Need a better design to remove the toothbrush head. Will be calling for a replacement

haven' t had a water flosser in a while, takes some getting used to, seems to be a nice unit.

Worked great, then all of the sudden it would not charge properly until it just stopped working all together.
