Oh I am loving this machine! Does a great job brushing/cleaning and the water flow is powerful enough to do the job. If used properly you're not doing a quick brush 'n go however. Use it for it's purpose...

For three straight months my 13 year old son's orthodontists kept reiterating that my son needed to do a better job of keeping his braces free of food particles and his teeth clean of built up plaque around the bracket of his braces. We were going to get an additional charge for a teeth cleaning if my son didn't start doing a better job of taking care of his teeth and braces. During those three months we tried various toothbrushes that didn't work or that my son wasn't using thorough enough. I bought him the Waterpik sonic toothbrush and water flosser two weeks before his following appointment and I was called yet again to the back by the orthodontist. This time it was to commend my son doing an excellent job of keeping his teeth and braces clean. He asked if my son had gotten a teeth cleaning prior to this appointment because it was such an excellent job.

I use this nightly! My dentist noticed I've been flossing more, yay! Though I was told I still need to floss more lol, I swear it's never enough. I do need to refill the tank every few days but I prefer this over the string floss for sure. And the battery on the toothbrush lasts a good long while before I need to charge it so I can bring it with me on trips. I noticed I gotta keep one hand dry to turn the floss knob with, if they're wet I can't turn it off lol.

My mouth and teeth has never felt cleaner. Easy to use, great accessories and easy to clean the units. A must by to make your dentist proud.

The Waterpik - Complete Care 5.0 is compact and takes little real estate on the bathroom counter. It is effective and does a great job of flossing one's teeth. The Triple Sonic Toothbrush was a bonus that does a good job. The price is certainly reasonable.

The sonic toothbrush that it comes with is great. Also love the fact that I no longer need to find batteries as this one is rechargeable. Like the multiple attachments for the waterpik. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that the waterpik is a bit loud. So much so that I find myself not using it as much in the morning since I don't want to wake up my wife. Otherwise, great product.

My wife wanted an electric toothbrush. The first one I purchased didn't have enough flexibility (speed, brush head type) for her sensitive teeth and gums so I gave it to my daughters. When I returned to Best Buy I found this unit, which combined a multi-speed electric toothbrush with a water pik. The water pik is something she had used before and loved, but we hadn't had one in a long time. After reading a few reviews I decided to buy this product. What a great decision! After a few days of fumbling around, we realized we hadn't let the device charge long enough. Once we reset the device so it could fully charge, the system has worked fantastic! My wife uses both parts, and is very happy with the results. We highly recommend the Waterpik Complete Care Water Flosser and Triple Sonic Toothbrush! Just make sure you fully charge the unit before using it the first time.

The water pick floss literally blast all debris and away. and the toothbrush cleans deeply as well. leaves my mouth and teeth very clean. i've been using this for almost 3 weeks and still the toothbrush works i only charged it once. highly recommended as compared to the sonic brush.

This combo offered by waterpik rocks! I had never used a waterpik before and now, I can't wait to go to my next cleaning appointment to find out if truly cuts down on plaque. The electric toothbrush is a first for me also. The first thing I noticed was how little toothpaste you really need to use in order to brush your teeth. This brush makes it much easier to get to my problem areas that build plaque. The only drawback to the electric brush is a tendency to stop for a split second, then it resumes brushing. The waterpik pump motor is loud though. Those are the only two drawbacks if you want to call them that I have found.

First time using a waterpik and I can really tell a difference. Easy to use and my teeth feel cleaner than just brushing alone.

very convenient to use than the regular floss. it works very well. I had gum bleeding before I used it. now it is fine. the brush's battery lasts for many days with one charge. the hose attached to the pick is a bit too short.

Excellent product cleans teeth and gums. Great Dentist visit after consistent use.

My new dentist uses a waterpik and it was the first time I had used one. I liked it and bought one for home. The electronic toothbrush took a little to get used to, but now I have replaced my old one with it. Stays charged for several days and love it.

Love this unit , doesn't take up much space . the brush is very efficient, and the water pick gets the gums, and between the teeth, makes you want to use it more often.

Very easy to locate the exact product I needed and order online, Waterpik is good quality and does the job. I have no complaints with the product and would recommend to others. Although I could have ordered it from other vendors, I chose Best Buy for convenience, customer service, and past purchase experiences. The online order process was straightforward. Its website is easy to navigate to search, display detailed product information, and place an order. Receiving timely e-mails for curbside pickup at my local store. There was no delay. Best Buy is a perferred store for on-line orders.

This water pik is a wonderful invention. Does so much better than floss and when you get done cleaning between the teeth the Wonderful ultrasonic tooth brush takes over leaving your mouth fresh and clean. A perfect dental cleaning tool.

This is our first time using a product like this. Works really good. There's a pulsating water pick and you will be amazed at the way this can clean between your teeth and along your gum lines.

Love this. Toothbrush works fantastic and stays charged for months,at a time. The pik shoots into all your nooks and crannies and leaves you feeling better than after a dentist visit and NO PAIN so its a win-win! Prevention IS truly the best medicine.
