    We really like Waterpik flossers, we have one for each of us. So we got this cordless model for travel but it is SUPER WEAK. It's more like swishing your mouth with water, yet the reservoir runs out very quickly. Total waste of money.

      We're sorry you are unhappy with the Cordless Plus model. Although this model does not have the same pressure as our counter tops models, it is not any less effective. This model is designed small as it is intended more for travel and/or for those that have little counter space. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once.     This waterpik seems to be ok, I’ve only had it for about 5 days. My biggest complaint is there is no charge indicator on the unit, so you have no idea if it’s charing or not and if the battery is dead.

    A water pik is a great tool for braces. It would be much easier and neater to use if the base/handle was less bulky. To pick it up and use it, you're dragging the cord, heavy base, etc. It's clumsy. :-(

    No power indicator so you dont know if your fully charged or empty. Also, water holder is impossible to clean. Works reliably.

      Hello Guitar1 - We are sorry you were not completely satisfied with the product. This model does not come with an indicator light. We recommend charging the unit for 8-10 hours after every 6-8 reservoirs of water. The water reservoir is removable for easy cleaning and is top-rack dishwasher safe.     I love my ultra waterpik flosser and HAVE to use it everyday so I bought one that I can bring with me outside to use. I still like it but the head isn't stable when the water is rushing out. It is little wobbly.
