Weak water pressure & broke after a few uses

Unfortunately it’s just a bit less than two weeks past the return period. The water pressue was always poor but now it doesn’t work at all

Posted .We are sorry to hear this happened! The Cordless Plus unit features two pressure settings that range from 45-72 PSI. Although it does not have as quite as much pressure as our counter top models, it does not make it any less effective. This unit carries a two-year warranty. Collects mold

After only 4 months a using this water flosser I had seen that mold was growing on the bottom ( outside bottom) of the water flosser mind you I would rinse it out after each use. I cleaned it 1month later same thing happened not only that but it started to collect this pink color in the crevices of the front. After that I was done, grossed me out. Wouldn’t buy it again!

This is not the flosser you're looking for

For starters, this flosser is awkward to hold - it is too bulky and the switches are not placed well to hold it comfortably. It also has to be completely upright to use, so no more leaning over the sink like with a countertop model. The reservoir is too small. It might work if you like low pressure, but if, like me, you prefer a high pressure stream you won't be able to rinse 1/4 of your mouth before the reservoir empties. The only positive is it's rechargeable. I returned this for the ion cordless waterpik, it was worth the extra $10.
