    I bought this product on line. After using it about 4 times, it stopped pumping water. The pump made the usual sound but no water came out. I returned it to a local BB and bought a replacement at the store. It did the same thing half way through the first use. It goes back tomorrow.

    This was such a great idea for a product but wrong execution. Not only did it hurt to use...it get's water all over the place. Returned for money back.

    The waterpik does it all. Tired of string floss falling apart and getting stuck between your teeth. The waterpik will remove the floss!!!

    This thing leaks everywhere. I contacted the warrant department and they told me it’s to be excepted due to gravity. Sounds more like a problem with the seal… I would not buy again.

      Hello Madigan - We are sorry you are disappointed and that your unit is leaking. As indicated in the instruction manual, the reservoir should be emptied after each use.
