    I always cut my gums when using dental floss. It takes a little practice to get used to the water flosser. But once you do it is an excellent product.

    I bought this to replace my old Sonic model. It uses a lot of water and is a bit messy (you must lean over the sink), but otherwise it seems to clean well. I haven't seen my hygienist yet, but am pleased so far. I have several oral problems, so brushing alone is not effective.
