No power indicator so you dont know if your fully charged or empty. Also, water holder is impossible to clean. Works reliably.

This waterpik seems to be ok, I’ve only had it for about 5 days. My biggest complaint is there is no charge indicator on the unit, so you have no idea if it’s charing or not and if the battery is dead.

A water pik is a great tool for braces. It would be much easier and neater to use if the base/handle was less bulky. To pick it up and use it, you're dragging the cord, heavy base, etc. It's clumsy. :-(

Not worth it! The water pressure isn't enough to remove basic plaque

I love my ultra waterpik flosser and HAVE to use it everyday so I bought one that I can bring with me outside to use. I still like it but the head isn't stable when the water is rushing out. It is little wobbly.

This water floss is better than the regular floss.
