Broke after 2 months

Then for whatever reason, the pressure was cut down more than have from the “motor.” Do not recommend this product. For the price I paid, i would’ve gone with Philippe Sonicare.

Didn’t last

It constantly needs to be charged & it didn’t last long. It stopped working properly after about a month or so.

If the Water Flosser is used once a day or less, it is recommended to be charged once a week, overnight. If used twice a day or more, charge the unit more frequently. Typically an overnight charge is sufficient to fully charge the unit. The model does come with a two-year warranty. We would be happy to look into a possible claim for you. Unfortunately it’s just a bit less than two weeks past the return period. The water pressue was always poor but now it doesn’t work at all

Posted .We are sorry to hear this happened! The Cordless Plus unit features two pressure settings that range from 45-72 PSI. Although it does not have as quite as much pressure as our counter top models, it does not make it any less effective. This unit carries a two-year warranty.
