Very messy. Don’t clean teeth well at all. Awkward to hold and use.

Forget about this unit do not buy. It barely works and water goes everywhere. Do not purchase

It broke easily. The canister cracked when trying to take it apart to clean.

It was like trying to use the garden hose to floss with!

I am disappointed about this product only had for one week

This wasn't for us. It made a watery mess. Water jetted out real good but not what we wanted.

Product recommended by dentist BUT it died after 10 months.

I've been using this waterpik for nearly a year now, and it's by far the best of the three models I've tried. None of the previous ones lasted more than six months, so I'm very happy with this one. I take it with me everywhere when I travel because it's incredibly compact. I like that the water filter is easily removable for cleaning (didn't know that for the first 6 months!). Plus, I don't need to charge that often; I only do so once every three to four weeks for 8 hours to fully charge it (I use it 3 times everyday). Overall, I'm highly satisfied with this product :)

If you’re looking for a portable water pik this is the ticket. It is a little more cumbersome than the small handheld with the stationary tank but lots more portable. I bought it because I don’t have a 120v outlet next to my sink, but if you don’t need a portable water pik you might think about getting the one with the stationary water tank. I have 4 stars because you have to keep the battery charged up, it won’t run plugged in, and the attached water tank makes it a shade more difficult to use than the original.

This Waterpik just gets the job done. Perfect? No but, worth it as a value investment. Battery life is decent it dose run out of water quickly but hey for what it is, it's a good tool!

Initially great - but hard to clean water container after use

This design is hard to clean - that’s the main issue

Works just fine but is terribly messy and hard to control. The concept is good but it is hard to manipulate the head around your mouth. the older style where there is a tub and then a small hand held wand works much better. With this one I am constantly shooting water out the side of my mouth as I try to rotate the device to reach all teeth. The pulsing action is acceptable and it does clean out debris but seems a little weaker than the old unit I had been using for many years ago that just died. I am going to have to purchase a different unit this one simply doesn't work for me.

This has been regularly used to replace the actual flossing string and I couldn’t be happier. It does nearly as well of a job as the actual string floss. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to replace string floss. Very easy to take with you on travels as well.
