It works well, but the small reservoir needs to be filled twice during a single use.

I bought this around Christmas time .Glad i did it cleans very well i use it as a addition to flossing,now my Husband has one and loves it too.

This is the first product of its kind I've ever used. After opting for this smaller design, I might now understand why others are so bulky. I'm gradually learning how to effectively use it, but it is awkward. I know I'll get better at it, but it takes patience and practice, so be ready for that. Last but not least, the on/off switch is painful to operate with my arthritic thumb. To turn it off using my less painful but more awkward hand, it either needs to run out of water first (which happens quickly), or I need to turn it so as not to spray water all over. If you have a small bathroom, I guess this is the way to go.

It does the job well but the water runs out multiple times before getting the entire mouth.

Easy to use and has really cleaned my teeth. I like the multiple attachment heads.
