Posted .Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it! If using mouthwash or other additives, please remember to flush the unit with a full reservoir of water after each use. Maintaining regular maintenance will lengthen the lifetime of your water flosser. We recommend to run a solution of white distilled vinegar (2 TB) and hot water through your unit monthly for optimal performance.

It's a mouth full.

But it does have decent water pressure. I can get one complete floss on one tank. I personally do not like to keep my mouth open leaning over the sink. So I will use it in "quadrants" of my mouth, turning it off, expelling the water out, then back on for the next section, floss, and repeat.
