I found that after ~45 seconds, and moving the tip all around my mouth, the water pic did a fine job. This particular one is very easy to use and does not take up a lot of counter space.

Runs out of water without a full mouth cleaning! Takes forever to charge, which in my case had to be done immediately after use!!!!!! Also, very clumsy design. Maybe the 2023 manufacture date on the box should have told me something. Definitely returned.
