Flawed design: it's about as ergonomic as a sledge hammer, very unwieldly. The most glaring fault is the lack of any charging indicator, their instructions indicate to plug it in for 24 hours. Any rechargeable device made today should have a indicator for charging and fully charged state. As for function, it does work well albeit difficult to use.

We recommend charging the unit for 8-10 hours after every 6-8 reservoirs of water. It carries a two-year warranty.
