Although this product doesn’t replace flossing, it definitely improves your oral health. Dental hygienist recommends using this.

What sounded like a good idea before purchase now seems like an impractical and unnecessary item of ownership. The product is bulky. It must be refilled multiple times to provide a complete cleaning. While cleaning, water cascades down all over the unit. There is no way to know if the unit is charged or about to run out of charge. For the size and shape of this unit, a countertop version would be better even for travel.
Hello - Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and will pass your comments on to our Product Design Team. It is designed for those who travel and/or have little counterspace. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once. If this is a hassle for you, we agree that a counter top model would be a better fit. We recommend charging the unit overnight (8-10 hours) after every 6-8 reservoirs of water. Our quick how-to video will help perfect your technique and prevent a water mess. I have owned these waterpik flossers for years and when they eventually die I buy another because they work that well. Perfect addition to any dental routine!

For those who complain about "messy" this cordless version works great in the shower. Unlike the other models, this model only has two settings--high and low. However, that does not bother me one bit.

Takes some time to get used to holding it correctly. I chose to use it in the shower to keep from splashing my bathroom.
Low setting works for me.
Wish there was a light to know when it was fully charge.

Overall, this product is a great buy! I definitely am flossing more regularly because of it. The only con is that it does not come with the attachment specifically for gum health. You must purchase separately.

Very bulky. And I've gotten into the habit of using this but it worked decently.

I bought this to have for travel & it’s been perfect for that. Yes you have to fill it a little more but it beats taking the bigger one with you. It came with the many pics also. It’s been perfect for my needs

We are sorry that you are having difficulty using the product. This model features two pressure settings: high and low. The pressure ranges from 45-75 PSI. It sounds like our how-to video may be of some help. It explains how to use the product without making a mess.

Works as intended, all attachment tips are a plus. Water pressure is good and easily refillable.

As someone who doesn't floss as much as he should; this thing is a lifesaver. Built sturdy; High pressure; multiple options. Worth every penny because oral hygiene is super important.
