    Definitely stronger than my previous flosser. Make sure it is completely charged before you use it out of the box.

    Takes some time to get used to holding it correctly. I chose to use it in the shower to keep from splashing my bathroom. Low setting works for me. Wish there was a light to know when it was fully charge.

    Overall, this product is a great buy! I definitely am flossing more regularly because of it. The only con is that it does not come with the attachment specifically for gum health. You must purchase separately.

    The water comes out a little too fast even on the low setting. its kind of messy. Maybe would try another brand.

      We are sorry that you are having difficulty using the product. This model features two pressure settings: high and low. The pressure ranges from 45-75 PSI. It sounds like our how-to video may be of some help. It explains how to use the product without making a mess.

    I bought this to have for travel & it’s been perfect for that. Yes you have to fill it a little more but it beats taking the bigger one with you. It came with the many pics also. It’s been perfect for my needs

    We chose the Waterpik cordless because we didn't want the mess in our bathroom. Instead we are able to use this in our enclosed shower. This therefore eliminates the mess!
