Water constantly running down the unit and onto the cord. Would be better if the head was detachable with this same unit to save counter space instead of buying the bigger flosser which i purchased and only lasted for a couple of months. Other than that, it does its job.

great stuff for daily use

Could use more power

Of course as soon as this one arrived I found the cord and I was glad. The waterpik unit doesn't have as much power or options as my Identik but I'll keep this one for travel. The ergonomics on the handle are better on the Waterpik.

Nice water pik

I do like it, some reviews said it didn't have very much pressure but I found it to be just the right amount of pressure and is proving itself to be cleaning my teeth and aiding my sore gums. Glad I purchased it and will continue using it.
