Posted .Hello Trisha - We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase. The Cordless Plus has a pressure of 75PSI on high. Although the pressure is not as high as our counter top models, it does not make it any less effective.

Over priced

My last one, same model only lasted 6 months. Battery died or something else. It wouldn’t hold a charge anymore. Cleaning is difficult and even worse if you have hard water.

I had high expectations but this didn’t live up to them. It just simply does not work as well as regular flossing. We kept the opened item, which we now never use, but returned the second one.
