    I thought this would be like the powerful water pick i used to use when i was a a kid. Instead it's just a wimpy stream of water that does nothing a good swish in the mouth from a cup wouldn't do. Total waste. I would have returned it but since I used it in my mouth, it seemed kind of wrong to do that.

    I don’t see the big deal at all! I purchased this due to a recommendation from my dentist. I’ve been using it and even on High the pressure is awful I try to floss and use this because just the water pik along isn’t enough! Please do t waste you money!
