      Hello Diego - We are sorry that you are not completely satisfied with the product. The pressure for the Cordless Plus is not as powerful as our counter top models, however; this does not make it any less effective.

    This was not for me. It needed to be refilled after 15 seconds of useing it, and you're supposed to used bottle water so not practical. and messy

      Hello Catherine- Thank you for your feedback! This unit is designed to be compact, making it ideal for travelers or those with limited counter space. For a larger reservoir capacity, we recommend one of our countertop models. You can use tap water in our units, but we suggest cleaning them monthly with a mixture of warm water and white vinegar.
