This portable version lacks pressure and the water tank leaks, making usage time less about 20 seconds before a refill is needed.

Flawed design: it's about as ergonomic as a sledge hammer, very unwieldly. The most glaring fault is the lack of any charging indicator, their instructions indicate to plug it in for 24 hours. Any rechargeable device made today should have a indicator for charging and fully charged state. As for function, it does work well albeit difficult to use.

We recommend charging the unit for 8-10 hours after every 6-8 reservoirs of water. It carries a two-year warranty. I was barely able to get through my top teeth, and it ran out of water. I was expecting a better product from Waterpik.

This model is designed small as it is intended more for travel and for those who have limited counter top space. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once.
