Bought this at the insistence of my dentist; otherwise it would be returned. Flawed design: it's about as ergonomic as a sledge hammer, very unwieldly. The most glaring fault is the lack of any charging indicator, their instructions indicate to plug it in for 24 hours. Any rechargeable device made today should have a indicator for charging and fully charged state. As for function, it does work well albeit difficult to use.

It’s powerful but messy out of shower and I feel like I can never get all of the water out and feel like mildew might build up and water runs out pretty quick

This was not for me. It needed to be refilled after 15 seconds of useing it, and you're supposed to used bottle water so not practical. and messy

I was impressed with the ease of use and performance of the Waterpik. It’s bulk makes it a bit clumsy sometimes, but it’s performance is fantastic.

Bought for my daughter with new braces. Works wonders on getting in hard to reach places. We can’t go anywhere overnight without it

This waterpik seems to be ok, I’ve only had it for about 5 days. My biggest complaint is there is no charge indicator on the unit, so you have no idea if it’s charing or not and if the battery is dead.

A water pik is a great tool for braces. It would be much easier and neater to use if the base/handle was less bulky. To pick it up and use it, you're dragging the cord, heavy base, etc. It's clumsy. :-(

I love my ultra waterpik flosser and HAVE to use it everyday so I bought one that I can bring with me outside to use. I still like it but the head isn't stable when the water is rushing out. It is little wobbly.
